What to expect

I am a Birth Doula and am able to offer you... A meet and greet to get to know you and how I can help. Prenatal visits to discuss what you want your birth to look like as well get you ready for your birth. (If wanted) Physical support during birth with the use of massage, pressure, and soothing touch. Emotional support before and during birth to help you feel a sense of pride and empowerment as well as my support to be there for you. And of course advocacy! I will support you in your right to make decisions about your body and enhance communication between your providers and others who may be at your birth. Let's make your birth amazing and loving!

Natasha would be a great doula for those young mothers or families or those who are of low income! Natasha has always been a supportive and sweet person! If you are looking for someone who will advocate for you and will make you feel empowered and not afraid Natasha is amazing!
