Hi! My name is Nicole. I was hoping to connect because I’ve been dealing with significant health issues over the past two months chronic pain, severe anxiety, and insomnia. My due date is January 10th, but my doctor has mentioned the possibility of delivering early given my current state, so things are a bit uncertain right now. I am looking for a birth doula, postpartum doula, and sleep training support. I am planning to give birth at USC Arcadia Hospital. I have Anthem Blue Cross PPO insurance and I am looking for a doula who is in-network with Anthem or who can bill insurance directly, as I prefer not to pay out of pocket. I am looking for prenatal visits, labor support at the hospital, postpartum home visits, and help with newborn care and sleep training. Spanish-speaking preferred. Certified doula with hospital birth experience preferred.

Plan to give birth in Tacoma at St. Joseph Family Birth Center. My goal is to go as natural as possible- labor at home for as long as possible and avoid pictocin is my big one. Prefer no epidural. We do live 45-60min from the hospital.
