Hospital birth with pain management but I panic easily and have anxiety

I want to do a home/water birth. I feel as though, I will be more comfortable there rather than a hospital setting. I essentially have insurance so that would be my main source of payment.

I need a doula who has expertise in working with first time moms with body dysmorphia and antenatal depression. As of today, I am planning to give birth at GMBC, I am an OB who practices at their campus in Towson, MD.
