Additionally, I would like a doula that will guide me and help me through breastfeeding and the first weeks of the baby. I plan to give birth at Mount Sinai West. I do not have a budget since I do not know how much this services cost, but I am open to check the offers. I do not have a birth plan yet and I would like to discuss that with the doula.

My husband and I are looking for a bilingual speaking doula (spanish & english). We live in south brooklyn, but the delivery will be in the city NYP. We would like a the doula that is familiar with hypnobirthing and to be present to support us both and some hours for Post-Partum care during the week. My birthplan includes hypnotherapy techniques, soft dim lighting and music, i would like laughter and peacefulness during the natural birth. This is our first baby, so i dont know what a bugdet for doula services would be, but we do live on a tight budget. My husband has Medicaid so I wonder if his insurance can cover some of the cost.

I want to labor privately at home. I’d love to incorporate water into my home birth but it’s not mandatory. What’s most important is my mental health staying calm and focused on my baby. This is my second birth. My son was born 10 years ago, and I carried out a natural labor with him with no complications 🤍 am interested in a midwife for communications via smartphone and labor/birthing help on that special day. Prenatal check up I will use my provider. In the event I must birth at the hospital, I’d like a doula to advocate for me my wants and needs. If I can find someone willing to assist the birth naturally at home then that would be ideal.
