This is my first baby. I do not know what to Expect. I would like to be prepared for the birth, and the natural experience to keep my baby healthy and safe. I want to avoid a typical commercial, rushed or forced birthing experience.

Sam will take off one week to ten days for paternity leave and then another week or so later in the year.
