I offer comprehensive postpartum support designed to help families rest, recover, and adjust smoothly to life with a new baby. My services include newborn care, gentle sleep training, and overnight (night doula) support so parents can get the rest they need. I also provide light household assistance to help create a calm and organized home environment during this important time. In addition, I offer soothing massage therapy for both mom and newborn to promote relaxation, healing, and bonding. My goal is to reduce stress, support recovery, and help parents feel confident and comfortable as they welcome their newest family member.
