I’d like to give birth at home and need full on care for this time. My budget is $4-6k if possible. I’m new to this had my past births were unnatural but in hospitals

I am looking for doula support during birth and potentially postpartum. My husband and I felt very prepared, we read the bradley method and had been practicing quite a bit for a natural birth. I didn’t think there was a need for a doula because we seemed to be a great team. At our last ultrasound we got news that baby is measuring small and are pushing for induction. Now I feel silly for not hiring a doula sooner. It feels like such a huge gap in communication between us and the doctors even though we have done everything to educate ourselves. I am hoping to find someone that can help fill that gap, help us to feel like we are making informed choices and to support me during labor so I don’t have to rely fully on my husband in case of any complications.

I want to give birth at home or birthing center but due to my lupus and kidney disease conditions I am fine with it being at a hospital if needed to be. I want to find somewhere approved by my Medicaid insurance as I won’t be able to afford out of pocket cost at the moment. I want to go natural this time, I want to have someone who can help me mentally stay strong as well as making sure all my wishes is followed by during this labor as my previous labor was amazing but not the way I wanted it to be. I do want a water birth as well as my first pregnancy I was in the shower most of the time until I got the epidural. I really want to have a team as my only support is my husband and we have no contact with our families.
