I am a compassionate and experienced caregiver, educator, and mother with over two decades of supporting children and families. Since 2001, I have worked as a preschool teacher, including seven years of specialized experience with infants and toddlers. I hold 24 Early Childhood Education units, specialized infant and toddler coursework, and a California State Associate Teacher Permit in Early Childhood Education. As a mother myself, I understand the importance of nurturing both newborns and parents during the critical postpartum period. My focus as a postpartum doula is providing attentive, knowledgeable support for infants during the first six weeks after birth, while helping families adjust with confidence. I am a strong communicator who works closely with parents to develop personalized care plans that meet their family’s unique needs, offering compassionate guidance, newborn care support, and reassurance during this important transition. My goal is to provide families with trusted, supportive care that promotes healing, bonding, and a smooth postpartum experience.

I offer compassionate newborn and postpartum care including diapering, bottle feeding, soothing techniques, and overnight support so parents can rest and recover. I also document care throughout the night so we can collaborate in the morning and ensure your baby’s needs are consistently supported.
