About me

I’m a Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist with more than a decade of experience caring for babies and children. There is so much information and noise surrounding new parenthood, and I love helping families sort through it all and figure out what actually makes sense for them. I don’t believe there is one right way to feed a baby, get through the night, set up a home, or build a family life. I look at your family, your priorities, your resources, your home, and your lifestyle to help anticipate what you might need and find solutions that fit. I offer experience, practical support, and clarity to help you figure out what works for your family. My goal is to instill confidence, support rest, and help your family find its own way forward.

Service introduction

I offer practical, personalized support before and after your baby arrives, both in person and virtually. In person, that can mean hands-on newborn care so you can rest, help with feeding and routines, meal preparation, baby laundry, nursery and home organization, sibling support, or simply noticing what needs to be done and taking it off your plate. Virtually, I can help with registry planning, baby gear, preparing your home and family for a new baby, postpartum planning, newborn care questions, routines, sleep, feeding, and sorting through all the conflicting advice to figure out what actually makes sense for your family. My support looks different for every family because every family actually needs something different.

Packages
General Virtual Support
A one-on-one virtual session where we can talk through whatever you’re trying to figure out. I’ll ask a lot of questions about your family, your baby, your home, and what your life actually looks like, because advice is only useful if it works for the people who have to live with it. If you want, you can give me a video tour of your home and we can look at how your space is set up and what might make things easier. We can talk about preparing for a new baby, postpartum life, newborn care, feeding, sleep and routines, baby gear, your registry, or anything else that feels overwhelming or confusing. The goal is to cut through all the noise and figure out what makes sense for you.

Registry Support
Registry Review — 1.5 hrs Already started your registry and want another set of eyes on it? I’ll review it before we meet, then we’ll spend 60 minutes going through what you’ve chosen, what you may be missing, and anything you probably don’t need. We’ll talk about your actual life, space, budget, and priorities—not what every baby registry checklist says you’re supposed to buy. Build Your Registry Together — 2.5 hrs We’ll start with a 60-minute consultation about your family, home, lifestyle, budget, and what matters to you. If you’d like, you can give me a video tour of your space so I can better understand what will actually work in your home. Then I’ll help you build a personalized registry based on what makes sense for your family, with a follow-up session to go through it together and make changes. Full Registry Concierge — 5hrs For families who want to hand me the research and decision-making. We’ll start with an in-depth consultation and optional video tour of your home. I’ll research and build your registry from the ground up, taking into account your lifestyle, space, budget, preferences, and plans for feeding, sleep, travel, childcare, and more. We’ll review everything together, and I’ll make final changes afterward. You’ll end up with a registry built for your actual life—not a generic list of things someone decided every baby needs.

Nesting Support
In-Home Consultation & Setup — $275 I’ll come to your home and spend time getting to know you, your space, and how you expect life with your baby to actually work. We’ll walk through the house together and talk about where you’ll feed, change, sleep, recover, and spend most of your time. I can help you decide where things should go, set up practical stations around the house, organize baby gear and supplies, and identify anything you may still need—or anything you can skip. The goal isn’t to create a picture-perfect nursery. It’s to make your home work for you once there’s actually a baby living in it. Includes up to 3 hours in your home.

Nicole was one of the best investments we made as first-time parents! She made us feel much more prepared for postpartum life. Her care was really tailored to what our family needed. Before I gave birth she came over and spent the day putting together baby gear, sterilizing bottles, and preparing our home for a newborn. With her help we were able to make the perfect registry. She also curated a the best list of children’s books we will be referencing for years. :) After I gave birth Nicole was always available to answer our questions about newborn care, soothing, sleep, baby wearing, postpartum recovery, developmental play and anything else we threw at her. We always felt comfortable asking her questions. Beyond all of her knowledge and support, Nicole is just an incredibly kind person. Her warmth, patience, and calm presence made such a huge difference during this transition. She listened to what mattered to us and never pushed unnecessary products or opinions. We really can’t recommend her enough, especially for first-time parents.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hiring Nicole as our overnight newborn care specialist from the time our daughter was 2 weeks old until 10 weeks old was one of the best decisions we made as a family. As a mother of three, I thought I knew what to expect, but having Nicole’s support during those early weeks was invaluable. She is truly a necessity for every mother. The newborn stage can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating, and Nicole provided not only exceptional care for our baby but also reassurance and support for our entire family. What stood out most was her incredible knowledge and ability to anticipate questions and concerns before I even voiced them. She adjusted her care based on our family’s needs and our baby’s unique challenges. Our daughter struggled with significant gas issues in the beginning, and Nicole helped establish a nightly routine that made a tremendous difference. Through her consistency, attentiveness, and expertise, our baby was sleeping long stretches by 8 weeks old and napping well during the day. Nicole is vigilant throughout the night. She provides comfort while also helping establish healthy sleep habits and routines—something that can be incredibly difficult for sleep-deprived parents to do on their own. Knowing our daughter was in such capable hands allowed us to rest and recover. Beyond her professional skills, Nicole is warm, compassionate, and incredibly easy to talk to. During a time when emotions are high and you’re learning how to navigate life with a new baby, she made me feel comfortable, supported, and never judged. She always reminded me that I could check on, visit, or care for my baby at any time while she was there, and she never made me feel like I was interfering. She truly understands mothers, newborns, and families. Trusting someone with your newborn is one of the hardest things a parent can do, but Nicole made that trust come naturally. She has become a part of our family, and I genuinely wish she could stay with us forever. If you’re considering overnight newborn support, I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough. She is every new mom’s best friend during one of the most beautiful, challenging, and transformative seasons of life.

Nicole somehow managed to be exactly what our family needed on every zoom call, phone call, and every day she walked through the door. Sometimes she was a newborn expert. Sometimes she was a postpartum care wizard. Sometimes she was a chef, organizer, friend, teacher, or simply another pair of hands. What never changed was that she made our home feel calmer, more manageable, and more hopeful. Every day with her we felt more rested and more ready!

Nicole was a wonderful support to me before and after my birth. She has so much knowledge about the post partum experience and newborns, and even has product recommendations to help ease into the newborn trenches (even comfy socks!) She always made sure to let me know I could contact her when I needed to, even if it was just to vent or get my feelings out over the phone. She is of course amazing with newborns and was a great resource when we were dealing with a terrible diaper rash, for example. Nicole is knowledgeable and professional, but also approaches this work with humor and irreverence, which is really grounding during an overwhelming and emotional time. I highly recommend Nicole!
