Hospital birth (summerlin) My birth plan is a discombobulated list of things I want right now that I haven’t really put a bow on yet. I want an epidural and pain meds. I want all non emergency interventions discussed. Skin to skin for me and dad immediately, along w a “golden hour” - no visitors unless both of us are ok w it yet. Keep the vernix on. Haven’t decided on vaccines right away. We want to do it slowly… probably will end up w none right away. Delayed cord clamping (until white and no longer pulsing). Breastfeed. External monitors unless medically necessary. Will eat and drink. Etc.

I am looking for someone to help/ educate me on birth. I suffer from PTSD and anxiety so a hospital already gives me that anxiety factor. I just want a calm positive birth experience.

Looking forward to have a water home birth. I haven't give birth outside of hospital. Looking information if this is safe for mom and baby.

Hospital, $1,000-2,000, need help with creating birth plan.

We plan to deliver at Spring Valley Hospital and are looking for an experienced doula to support an unmedicated, low-intervention birth. My wife hopes to avoid an epidural, induction, and C-section unless medically necessary, and prefers freedom of movement, intermittent fetal monitoring when appropriate, delayed cord clamping, immediate skin-to-skin contact, and breastfeeding support. We would also like help with natural comfort techniques, informed decision-making, and keeping me actively involved as her birth partner.

I’m new to looking for a doula so would love to know about my options but generally I’m looking for a doula to be in the room with me during delivery at the hospital. Budget is TBD. I’d be interested in someone to support with lactation and sleep but no additional duties needed. I’m planning to get an epidural and hope to have a vaginal birth but will of course do a c-section if needed.

Primary focus is a birth doula, but also interested in a night nanny. TBD on hospital, it will be in Henderson NV. My birth plan is to avoid unnecessary interventions, delayed cord clamping, immediate skin-to-skin. I plan to try labor without an epidural initially. Open to pain relief options if labor becomes too difficult. Also, prefer to push in positions other than flat on my back if possible.

Plan to give birth in a hospital. Want to do everything naturally but have a doctor there just incase of an emergency.

This will be our second baby. I would like to learn pain management techniques if I need to go unmediated again. With our first baby I had three failed epidurals with no clue how to manage my pain. We plan on delivering at southern hills and would love someone with Christian faith!

I need an advocate. Someone who is knowledgeable about V-Bac’s and can support me through rough situations.
