6 week old having supply issues and can’t supplement formula.
7 month old twins have stopped sleeping well. Hoping to restore sleep and sanity ASAP. Schedule would be from 11:30 pm to 4:30 am 3-4 nights per week. Slight flexibility in hours if needed but would like the core 12-4 hours at minimum. Highest priority help on Sunday-Monday and Thursday-Friday nights with some flexibility on the last one to two days of the week. Unknown duration but likely 4-6 weeks. Budget is $42/hour before taxes. We use Poppins Payroll for our system.
