Hi there! Im Nyasa; fiancee, Auntie, pet mom, bookworm, lover of crafts & birthwork enthusiast. As a holistic postpartum doula, I support new parents through mind, body, and spirit care after birth. I help bridge the gaps in postpartum recovery by offering encouragement, recovery support, and gentle newborn care guidance so you can prioritize rest and healing. Holistic postpartum care includes nourishing meals to promote healing, soothing herbal remedies as well as emotional processing to honor your transition & protect your peace during the fourth trimester. Whether you're planning your postpartum journey or already in the thick of early parenthood, you do not have to walk this path alone. You deserve to be held, grounded, and deeply cared for. Morning or Afternoon Support in your home ( 8am-noon or 1pm-5pm)

Witching Hour Postpartum Support

Evening Support during your little ones fussiest time of the day (5pm-9pm)

$40 USD · Per hour

Overnight Postpartum Support

Overnight Support to help ease your nighttime routine and prioritize rest (10pm-6am) MINIMUM 4 HRS
