I’m a 34-year-old woman deeply committed to supporting parents and individuals through big life transitions, especially the beautiful, complex journey into parenthood. I understand how vulnerable and transformative this time can be. My goal is to walk alongside you with care and steady support—nurturing not just your baby, but you, and your whole family, as you adjust and grow. In addition to my work with families, I run an organic skincare company that connects me to the natural world through ingredients like shea butter, calendula, castor oil, etc. I bring that same care into your postpartum experience—whether it’s preparing nourishing meals, offering soothing massages and herbal baths, steeping teas, or blending hydrating tonics. Everything I do is designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system. I’m certified in infant CPR and life coaching, and I'm very open to learning if there is something you wish for me to delve into during our journey together! I bring compassion, experience, and a calm presence to every family I work with. I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.

My role as a birth doula is to create a safe space and empower all birthing persons to have a positive birth experience. I greatly enjoy working as a team with the birthing person, partner and caregivers.

Hi, I’m Alyssa! I’m a BADT Certified Full Spectrum Doula providing compassionate birth and postpartum support. My goal is to help you feel heard, respected, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout your journey. I believe this is your body, your baby, and your experience. I’m here to support your choices, help you understand your options, advocate for your voice, and create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you and your family. I welcome private-pay clients and also work with Blooming Families Doula Services, where eligible families may be able to use insurance. If you choose the insurance route, you’ll complete an intake with Blooming Families and can request me as your doula—or choose another doula if they feel like a better fit. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and confident knowing you have someone who truly cares in your corner.

I began my doula journey in July of 2024, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through the beautiful, transformative experience of childbirth. I love the field on birth and babies. I have been to hundreds of births over the span of 12 years. I changed careers for a number of years as an EMT. Therefore, I have a strong medical background. Also, I am AHA certified in infant, children, adult CPR, and a certified newborn care specialist, and postpartum Doula. I have now created my own company as a Postpartum Doula serving Sonoma to San Francisco, and East Bay We have now expanded into the San Francisco and East Bay. My name is Reena, and I bring over 20 years of experience caring for infants and young children. I am a trained birth and postpartum doula, prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher, and have additional training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and postpartum recovery. I am also a mother and have homeschooled my son for the past seven years. I specialize in supporting families with babies ages 0-12 months. My care includes newborn and infant care, feeding support, soothing techniques, holding baby while parents rest or attend appointments, and light household tasks related to baby care. My name is Valerie Claxton, and I am an IBCLC, a certified childbirth educator, doula certified, and a registered nurse specializing in labor and delivery living northern California. I have been on both sides of the labor and delivery journey as a nurse, I see mothers choosing what is best for them and advocating for them, whether going fully natural to using medicinal means to deliver. I know that with teamwork, belief, trust, releasing all fears, and encompassing a peaceful space that birthing your beautiful bundle will come easy. Yes, there are the unknowns but with constant communication and reassurance our relationship will be unbreakable. Hi! I'm Kim. I'm a mom of two and I've been supporting families in the central valley and beyond since 2018. I began this journey as a postpartum doula and eventually realized my passion was helping families reach their lactation and feeding goals. As a lactation consultant I can assist with prenatal education, all things breastfeeding and pumping related including flange fitting. I can help with latching, positioning and all sorts of breastfeeding challenges including nipple pain, engorgement, milk supply and introducing bottles and returning to work. I have specific education and training regarding lip & tongue ties as well . I am also able to bill a variety of insurance companies for services!
