I plan to give birth in Slainas Valley Memorial Hospital I am hoping this is covered by my insurance. I would like to have an epidural & have anxiety wanting someone to support me during & after baby.

I had two beautiful and empowering unmediated births at a birth center with midwives with my singleton babies, but will have to give birth at the hospital for the first time for this pregnancy. I’d love to find a doula that has experience with twin pregnancy/birth and someone who can help me advocate for a minimal intervention birth (if everything continues as normal and healthy) as much as possible.

Need help with baby at night with trying to sleep. Super fussy won’t sleep makes a lot of noises when she sleeps. And has reflex. She seems to sleep a little better with me in my bed but I want her to sleep in her own bed.shes pretty colicky throughout the day.

Breastfeeding/ pumping help. I have inverted/ flat nipples and can't figure out the right size flange and can't get my daughter to latch very well especially after having a bottle. I keep getting clogged milk ducts that are extremely painful in both breast. And my nipples are very sore all the time. Something is wrong and I can't figure it out. Giving birth in roseville however I do not need birth doula and mostly just would want post partum doula. I live in Pollock Pines so need to be someone who is willing to travel there. I have Kaiser and doula is covered so would be using insurance coverage. I am open to both birth and post partum doula if doable but primarily want post partum.
