Someone to advocate for me in the hectic moments of delivery and contractions to help me feel focused and give me knowledgeable insights with methods and positions on how to manage pain during contractions. I have a lot of anxiety going into my second pregnancy after a HORRIBLE experience with my epidural during my stay at Kaiser. The first one didn’t work, and the second one resulted in a spinal headache, and a nurse accidentally gave me too much/extra dosage of the epidural and my legs were pointless and hanging so my mom/husband had to carry them which was even harder to push my 9.7 pound son out. I just want to feel supported and safe.

I am currently 35 weeks pregnant, looking for postpartum doula to get support after child birth. I am scheduled for a c-section on April 10 2026, and would need support after I get discharged from the hospital.
