We will be giving birth at the William Clements hospital with UT Southwestern. We would prefer an unmedicated vaginal birth if possible, but are happy to giving birth at the hospital in case of emergencies.

This is our first child and we need help figuring out the post partum aspects and what happens after we get home from the hospital. We plan to give birth at the birth center in Shawnee.

I plan to give birth at Carl Darnell hospital on forty Hood tx. Budget is 1400 -2400. While I do have a small support system to help, my husband will be in the field during the first month and a half after birth and looking for some consistency in help/care. For postpartum assistance I’m hoping for assistance for a few hours, a couple times a week. I’d like to scope it to basic newborn care assistance, assistance with newborn cleaning (washing bottles/pump parts/ washing newborn clothes), helping assemble/prepare some postpartum nutrition snacks for me as a breastfeeding mom.

I need a safe space so what I say is heard before birth during birth, and after I would like someone that is sympathetic and easy-going I have a very hard at home life and it’s affecting my pregnancy now I have a high risk pregnancy and I have gallstones i’m not getting the best. I’m not drinking enough water and I already have a one-year-old toddler. I don’t have the best way of payment, but if y’all take any insurance, I do have Aetna. My birth plan entails trying more options instead of induced labor and epidural. With my first. I had very bad experience with both. I would like to try walking around and ice chips and any other way besides the epidural

Hospital birth, I am not sure of my budget yet, I don't really have a birth plan yet

I’m 3 days postpartum with a newborn and a 1 y/o plus a 10 y/o at home. Andrew (my fiancé) will be here until next week, then I’ll be on my own. I want to heal while carrying my toddler. By then, I’ll be about 1.5 weeks pp, and my parents might be able to come over occasionally to help. On top of that, my 10 y/o needs to go to school and be picked up, which is an hour drive round trip. I’ll need to load up both the toddler and my new born, and that’s a lot. I can talk to Andrew about it, but I know he won’t be able to do school runs every day. I’m also concerned about my sleep. The newborn is up about at night and I won’t be able to sleep when he sleeps during the days since I’ll have the toddler with me too.

I am 100% unprepared and over whelmed. I don’t really have a birth plan yet but have a rough idea. We will be in a hospital and I don’t have any idea what this will cost. Looking for someone that can help in the hospital and at home afterwards. It will be just my husband and I. All my family is out of state. I plan to give birth in the hospital in case there are any medical emergencies with me being high risk (I’m 37). My insurance should pay for this. I don’t currently have a birth plan, as I’m only 10 weeks and am doing this alone.

I had intended on it being only myself and my husband present however, I don’t want to put 100% of the responsibility of my needs onto him. I intend to free birth with a lotus birth. I am not open to speaking with anyone that doesn’t understand and support that. I am looking for someone who can hold space, who is in tune with their energy, and emotionally support myself and my husband. I intend to exclusively breastfeed. I will be a first time mom. I am 37. I do not Intend on having any medical interventions. I will not need help with my baby but am open to lactation classes. I intend to continue self educating with free-birthing classes and hypno-birthing classes. Aside from emotional support I am also looking for someone who can cook and understands dietary needs for breastfeeding mothers. Currently in research mode at 12 week. No set budget. I’m looking for value.
