About me

I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Breastfeeding Counselor and Closing the birth ceremony specialist. I am also a South Florida mother of two, and the creator behind MotheRetreat. I myself have experienced both a medicated hospital birth and an unmedicated home birth. My aim is that every mother feels grounded, nourished, empowered and ready to take on motherhood! I make sure that each woman that works with us is receiving physical and mental care both before and after birth, evidence based knowledge to make informed decisions, and one of one support from her village of professionals in the field during this transitional time.
