About me

Hi! I'm Sarah. Pregnancy and birth are filled with excitement, anticipation, and sometimes uncertainty. You deserve to feel informed, supported, and confident as you prepare to welcome your baby. As your doula, my role is to provide calm, compassionate, evidence-based support while honoring your values, your choices, and your unique birth story. Whether you want someone to help you understand your options, encourage you through labor, support your partner, or simply be a steady, reassuring presence, I'm here to walk alongside you. I'm a DONA-certified birth doula with a degree in Human Development and Family Science. Before becoming a doula, I spent more than 15 years as a professional nanny, supporting families through some of life's most meaningful seasons. My own birth experiences, along with supporting loved ones during labor, inspired me to pursue birth work and help families feel empowered, cared for, and never alone. I believe birth is more than a single day—it's an experience you'll carry with you for the rest of your life. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. Service introduction

I offer calm, compassionate birth support, with time to prepare together before I go on call at 38 weeks. We will meet 3 times to prepare for your labor and delivery. I also offer a postpartum check-in visit to process your brith, offer needed resources and make sure everything is off to a good start.

Packages

Birth Doula Package

This package includes 1 intake meeting, 2 prenatal planning meetings, on-call service from 38 weeks until delivery, and 1 postpartum check-in/birth debriefing visit. This package also includes ongoing communication and access to my digital resource library.

Frequently asked questions

How many clients do you serve per month?

I typically serve 1-2 clients per month. This allows me to focus more of my time and attention on my clients as well as spend time with my own family.

What if you miss my labor?

I know how important it is to have continuous labor support and am committed to keeping myself available to ready for you during your on-call time. I also work with a group of back-up doulas in case an emergency arises and I am suddenly unavailable. In the event that your labor goes unsupported by myself or a back-up doula, I will provide additional postpartum support at no charge to you.

What if I have more questions?
