Hi! I’m Sarah, a birth doula with a degree in Human Development and Family Science and over 15 years of experience as a nanny before becoming a doula. Going through my own birth experiences and supporting loved ones in labor sparked my passion for birth work. I love building relationships with my clients and being able to share the joys and stresses of this short period of time in life. As a doula, I bring a nurturing, non-judgmental, and advocacy-driven approach to my work. I strive to ensure that you are educated about your labor and delivery options, empowered to make the choices that best suit you, and are supported by a trusted caregiver who prioritizes your well-being. Through active listening, evidence-based research, and compassionate support, I aim to help you experience positive and fulfilling birth and postpartum experiences. Every birth is a new beginning. Let’s make yours a radiant one!

I offer calm, compassionate birth support, with time to prepare together before I go on call at 38 weeks. Through my Birth + Postpartum package, I provide daytime postpartum visits (5-hour shifts) to support your transition home. I’m also trained in lactation support and can help with the first latch, feeding questions, and referrals if needed.
