Hello! I'm Lauren Coulardot, a DONA International Birth Doula and the founder of Birthing with Lauren LLC, located in Logan Ohio, serving a 70-mile radius in Central & Southeast Ohio. I am dedicated to providing continuous support to all families Whether you are planning a medicated, unmedicated, or surgical birth, I bring professional training and a calming presence to the birth space, ensuring you have the information and encouragement needed to make the best decisions for your body and your baby. Prior to becoming a Birth Doula, I spent years working in Early Childhood Education. This professional background gave me a unique perspective on family dynamics and child development, reinforcing the truth that supporting children begins with supporting their parents. I realized that a positive start could make a world of difference, which inspired me to shift my focus to the birth room. My services are built to support you through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This includes a free consultation, comprehensive birth doula care, lactation support, education for partners and support people, and postpartum doula care. All designed to help your family feel prepared and empowered every step of the way.

Packages

Full Birth Doula Service

I offer full-spectrum birth support, including two prenatal visits, continuous labor support from first contractions to baby’s arrival, and care during the first postpartum hours, and a postpartum visit 4 weeks after birth. I provide emotional grounding, physical comfort, advocacy, and a steady presence throughout your journey tailored to your needs, your pace, and your story. Including but not limited to birth guides and personalized pain coping strategies to help you feel prepared.

Partner and Support Person Education

This program includes two, 2‑hour one‑on‑one or group sessions covering how to support a pregnant person through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We’ll explore advocacy in all settings, hospital navigation, newborn care, feeding basics, and how to support after both vaginal and cesarean birth everything partners and support people need to feel confident and prepared in this new chapter of life.

Lactation Support Package

This lactation package includes breastfeeding and pumping education/troubleshooting and six weeks of one‑on‑one postpartum feeding support with one in house visit. We’ll cover latch, positioning, pumping troubleshooting, and personalized feeding guidance. Add any time before or after delivery. If bundled with the Birth Doula Package you will get 30% off Lacation Support Package.

Yes, absolutely! You’re more than welcome to book the lactation support package on its own. I’d be so happy to support you in your feeding journey and provide guidance that helps you feel confident and cared for. My goal is to make sure you have the tools and reassurance you need, no matter where you are in your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Can I buy just the Partner and Support Person Education?

Yes, of course! You’re more than welcome to book the partner and support person education class on its own. I’d be honored to help your loved ones feel prepared and confident in supporting you during birth. This class is designed to give partners practical tools, reassurance, and a deeper understanding of how they can be an active, caring presence throughout your journey.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

Yes, I do offer payment plans and they’re always personalized to fit your family’s needs. All plans are interest‑free, because I deeply believe that every family deserves the care and support of a doula. Finances should never stand in the way of feeling confident, supported, and empowered during your birth journey, and I’ll work with you to make sure the plan feels comfortable and accessible.
