My Basic Doula Package provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum period. This package is ideal for families seeking steady guidance, evidence-based support, and a calm, grounding presence from pregnancy through the birth.

Postpartum chef

This is an a la carte upgrade that is perfect for families who want full-spectrum doula support plus nourishing, healing meals prepared for you during the postpartum period. It combines comprehensive prenatal, birth, and postpartum care with chef services designed to support recovery, and simplify life with a newborn.

$75 USD · Per hour

Personal training

This flexible, single-session option is perfect for clients who want personalized fitness guidance without committing to a long-term package. Ideal for rebuilding strength postpartum, preparing the body for birth, or simply working toward fitness goals with expert support.

$50 USD · Per hour

What to expect

I offer prenatal, birth and postpartum support for all my clients. I also offer personal training, meal planning , and private chef services.
