About Olivia zah

Hello! My name is Olivia Zah and I am a DONA and Matrona trained birth doula located in Venice, California. I am here to help mothers feel empowered and held in their birth journey. I believe in women and their ability to birth naturally, while also supporting and accepting any type of birth and birth support that the mother feels is best for her. I come from a background of bhakti yoga, and hold space as an embodied dance teacher, rose blessing and women's circle facilitator, reiki practitioner, and maya womb massage practitioner. I believe birth can be beautiful and is filled with grace, when you go into it with an inner knowing and belief in yourself, compassion for where you are in this moment, and the right birth support team to empower and support you. In my free time, I like to skateboard in Venice Beach, create oil pastels, and go for beach walks with my dog, Trust.

Post Partum Bodywork Package

Maya abdominal massage to support your womb. This postpartum package helps your uterus gently return to its pre-pregnancy size and supports overall abdominal healing. I use a handwoven faja (binding belt) to comfortably wrap your abdomen, which you keep on for 40 days, offering womb support and encouraging optimal organ placement and alignment. What’s Included: 5 postnatal massages; 2 full body sessions and 3 focused abdominal massages One cotton faja from Guatemala to wrap belly in after massage Optional rose blessings add on My role is to support your uterus’s natural contraction and your body’s return to balance in post-partum recovery.
