But I know we will see - I’m 39 at the time of the birth but in great shape and healthy. Hoping for delayed clamping, delayed vitamin K (potentially oral - still getting educated in that and so many things). This is our first child :) due to my age they were mentioning maybe wanting to induce me at 39 weeks (July 8th) but hoping that’s not the case.

She really wants to have a natural labor, she is giving birth in a hospital, but the baby is measuring bigger than her tummy and it dawned on me that it would probably be a good idea to have an experienced Doula helping her with positioning and breathing, etc. her husband, and I will be there for emotional support, but quite honestly I’ll probably just be crying the entire time. I wanted to find out what insurance you accept. She has dual coverage both United healthcare, which is private insurance through her company and TRICARE via being a military wife. The hospital we will be using is Virginia mason franciscan at St. Joseph’s hospital. We don’t have a set budget (open) as money is not a huge concern.
