First baby in Burlington. Care is for 11 week old boy, Cooper. Looking for night time support around 7-10 hours. Would like to start with once a week to start to see how we like it and go from there. Extra duties would include sterilizing bottles perhaps a load of laundry and helping tidy the kitchen (bonus for making breakfast). Currently still establishing a night routine.

Overnight support for 15 week old. Mom and dad are both in recovery from physical ailments that make caring for baby difficult.

Second baby - hoping for VBAC after emergency c-section at 33 weeks in 2023. Had pre-eclampsia and HELLP syndrome last time but so far all of my tests have come back strong and the MFM has given me about a 95% chance at a healthy pregnancy and VBAC. Not sure what these services normally cost, so not sure what to budget for. Looking for primarily delivery support (I have anxiety and not sure what to expect from a natural birth) and post-birth support. I had a full month of NICU support when I had my son, so not sure how I'll balance my own recovery and rest bringing baby home right away this time, especially with a very dependent toddler at home (he almost exclusively relies on me for everything and I think he will have a difficult time adjusting to dad's help). Shift Objective Provide complete overnight care for the baby using frozen breast milk so Mom only wakes up for one single pump session around [e.g., 2:00 AM / 3:00 AM] and gets two long stretches of uninterrupted sleep. 1. Feeding with Frozen Milk Thawing Milk: Defrost frozen breast milk bags in the refrigerator or under cool running water as needed. Warm gently in warm water (do not microwave or boil). Schedule: Feed the baby on demand or every [e.g., 2.5–3 hours] using the thawed milk. Care Routine: Handle all burping, holding upright, diaper changes, and resettling in the nursery crib/bassinet. 2. The Single Overnight Pump Session Single Wake-Up ([e.g., 2:30 AM]): At the agreed time, gently wake Mom or bring her the electric pump setup. Collection & Storage: When Mom finishes, collect the freshly pumped milk. Pour it into breast milk storage bags, label with the date, time, and exact volume (oz/mL), and place flat in the freezer. Cleaning: Wash and sanitize the pump flanges and parts immediately after collecting them so they are ready for the morning. 3. End-of-Shift Hand-Off Night Log: Record all feed times, amounts consumed (from thawed milk), diaper changes, and sleep intervals. Inventory Check: Note how many frozen milk bags were used during the shift so Mom knows when to replenish the fridge/freezer stock. Morning Prep: Ensure all bottles, pump parts, and counter spaces are clean, sanitized, and organized for the morning.

Our baby boy is three months old, he is our first. We’re looking for daytime in home support My work schedule is unpredictable so my wife sometimes is left alone with baby for long hours on end. We need someone to help care for our baby during the day so my wife can get more sleep and find time to take care of some household duties.
