I would rather as few people in the room as possible. I plan to use a birthing ball and stretching to cope with contractions. I plan to use breathing techniques to cope with pain and want my partner to be involved in assisting me. Overall, I want the most comfortable setting possible, where my wants and needs are heard and met.
