I will be having a hospital birth, but I want to be able to have an unmedicated birth in whatever position feels right and be able to do that with the support of someone who can advocate for me when I cannot. Along with not just delayed cord clamping I want to wait until the cord is white and no longer pulsing. Having someone there to help me remain comfortable and confident in myself and my decisions. I plan to give birth at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, FL I am seeking a doula that would be covered under Tricare insurance I plan to have labor and delivery that is safest for baby. I will be using epidural. Certified doula that can advocate for my needs and help through the labor especially if it’s been a long labor. I was 32 hours in labor with my first and did not feel supported by the nurses.
