I had a C-section at 37 weeks and my milk has yet to come in. I’m a first time mom and I no one in my family has ever breastfed so I’m trying to learn on my own! How can I fix my milk supply I recently started a new job but I can’t pump as much as I need too. I also have had to go to the hospital 2 times in one month and recieved radiation twice and iodine. I started taking these pump princess pills to help. I eat lactation cookies. Is there any way that will fully help?
