I need help from an IBCLC with adjusting my 3 month old's latch. At two months, we weaned off nipple shields and since then I have experienced pain while nursing more often than not. I think my baby is chewing while nursing sometimes. I need a medicaid provider or someone under $100.

Looking for someone to assist us in our home with our new child as we learn to be parents and continue to support me as I heal from childbirth. This process is new to us but think we want someone in the morning from 7 AM to around 11 AM Monday through Friday that can assist with feedings, cleaning breast pumps, and storing milk, changing and bathing our child and getting him back to sleep, He is six weeks old and we live in King William Virginia. My baby seems to never get satisfied off of breastfeeding and will eat for hours when I try to feed her. However she’ll only drink 3-5 ounces of formula. Which when I pump I make just that, so I’m thinking maybe we have a latch issue because it is a little painful sometimes, not terrible but she also has crazy suction. Difficulty with initial latch + slow return to birth weight

Holy Cross Hospital in Silcer Spring, MD. Hoping to be $1000 or less for birth doula. Hospital birth with limited interventions. Although I’m not against epidural if I feel it’s necessary for pain. Looking for an advocate for myself and husband.

Hospital birth. No clue on what to expect for a budget. I’m looking for strategies to be prepared to do it naturally, since it spontaneously happened last time. But also want to consider epidural.

Plan on giving birth in the hospital, but as unmedicated and natural as possible. No epidural, be able to labor in different positions, in the tub, etc. I want delayed cord clamping, skin to skin, no vitamin K, no Hep B, etc. Budget wise I’d like to stay under $1500 if possible.

Hi, Since my baby was born I’m having problems with latching. Is very painful. I tried different positions and strategies and is still very painful. Sometimes even after pump my nipple is sore. In a couple times it haven’t hurt but most of time it hurts.

I need some hands on help with breastfeeding a sleepy, fussy, slow eater baby. We have been breastfeeding, but she makes hungry cues even after long breastfeeding sessions. I try to keep her awake by being out of the swaddle and engaging her with touch, but she still falls asleep. We have supplemented with formula to satisfy her hunger after a breastfeeding session.

My baby is not getting a good latch. He struggles with latching on my left side mainly. I cannot get him to flare his lips without assisting him and now my left breast is in pain. It almost feels like I have a pulled muscle from my breast to my armpit. My left nipple is also uncomfortable when just standing and more so when he nurses.
