I plan on giving birth at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Valencia CA. I plan on having insurance cover. I want to have an unmediated natural birth. Tricare reserve select is my insurance.

Hospital, I need help with a vbac after two csections

We plan to give birth at Henry mayo hospital. I don't want to be constantly bothered while in labor though and am not sure if hospital is the best way for me to go. I have thought about birthing centers but just don't know what I should do. I want to have a natural birth but don't want to not have the option of an epidural if I have too much pain/ huge baby. I also want to be able to voice that I want to space the vaccines out once baby is born and have the ability to move around or change positions for a more comfortable birth. I have been trying to prepare myself for birth now as well as doing pelvic opening and strengthen workouts but want to make sure I'm doing enough to help With birth and my recovery after birth. I just want my husband in the room. This is our first baby so we are learning a lot. We wouldn't want to go over $1000 for our budget since we are a one income household.

I’d like to give birth at the hospital. I’d like for my insurance to cover cost I am delivering at Tarzana Hospital. I have LA-Care through medical. I really wish to have a natural birth with the least amount of medical interference I’d prefer to not have to do Pitocin, epidural, c-section, or any form of episiotomy.

Hi, My wife is currently 28 weeks pregnant. She is struggling with feelings of overwhelmingness, which stems from her worrying about her own hearlth, our baby's health, and carrying out every day tasks. I (husband) am working right now and she stays at home with a dog that's 1 years old. We recently moved to the Van Nuys area, so it's been an adjustment settling in. She is also planning a baby shower, which has been a huge source of stress. She is pre-diabetic and has been very carefully monitoring her blood sugar levels, which is another source of stress. I am looking for a duola to help her feel reassured and can help guide her in overall pregnacy tips before our baby is born. I would appreciate any opportunity to find a good match and discuss ways that my wife can feel less overwhelmed and more supported from now up until she gives birth.

I am absolutely open to pain medications/necessary interventions, but I do have some fear in hospitals and I don't necessarily trust the medical system 100%. My budget is probably up to $1000, I'm giving birth at the UCLA center in Westwood. I am going to decide on an epidural as I go, but if I get one I want a walking epidural. I am afraid of C section to be honest, I would rather have some control and be able to move around but not feel rushed through or pressured into procedures that aren't necessary. I want to protect a calm and quiet environment as much as possible, I'm guessing I'm going to want to be very inward as I go through the process, at least as much as possible, but this is my first baby so I'm not 100% sure. Hoping to do intermittent monitoring if possible, want golden hour, don't want my provider to pull on my placenta or the cord. And I'd like delayed cord clamping :) I am definitely open to student doulas, but I don't think I want UCLA student doctors in and out disturbing my peace as I work through labor. Mainly just don't want the noise, distraction, additional people in the room.
