Im looking for a birth doula. My due date is August 17 2026. I will be giving birth in a hospital. Im primary looking for support with pain management and breathing techniques. My plan is to have unmedicated birth but if pain gets too much I will leverage medication. I will be giving birth in CPMC in downtown SF.

I'm working with the Midwife Clinic at Marin Health and plan to give birth at Marin Health. I'm interested in what is covered with my insurance! I'm most interested in postpartum help (night especially but day would be great too.) I'm also interested in a doula for the birth, if it is partly/mostly covered.
