I need help with my pump , and supply. I seem to only get about 2 ish ounces per pump except when I sleep throughout the night and pump after 5+ hours then I get between 4/5 combined. Im not sure if im using the correct flange size, the hospital sized me and said a 24mm but ive switched it a couple of times, nothing feels “right”. Also Ive been eating oats, protein, and drinking water every day , wondering why I dont have more of a supply yet.

Need to figure out why I am having low supply despite pumping q2 hours, sore nipples.

This is my first time trying pumping/breastfeeding, my daughter was a formula baby mainly because I didn’t know anything about breastfeeding and was doubtful of my bodies capabilities. I'm 26 years old and a first-time mom, feeling a bit overwhelmed since I don't have experience with motherhood. I'm looking for support from Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and hoping to find a free doula to assist me with my newborn during my postpartum period, as I don't work and can't afford extra help. My goal is to have a natural vaginal birth without using an epidural. I have a Meridian Health plan. Looking for a postpartum doula to help after the baby is born for just 2-3 hours.

I plan to give birth at Advocate Sherman in Elgin IL. I don’t have an exact budget, an I would just like someone aside from my husband who is able to speak up for me and assist me with laboring the way I want to. I also have major anxiety about postpartum because I suffered the loss of my first born at a month old.

I’m looking to see what the cost is for a home birth including midwife and doula and if my insurance with cover it or it will be all out of pocket. Budget 5-10k.

Help with proper latch, nipple is red and painful and I can’t seem to correct his latch

I’m looking for either a lactation consultant or night nanny or both to help with night feeding and sleeping difficulties

My baby seems to never get satisfied off of breastfeeding and will eat for hours when I try to feed her. However she’ll only drink 3-5 ounces of formula. Which when I pump I make just that, so I’m thinking maybe we have a latch issue because it is a little painful sometimes, not terrible but she also has crazy suction. Would like to do an at home appointment if possible, maybe we could weigh her before and after a feeding. We have Aetna insurance, as well as Kancare.
