I need help. Breastfeeding is still uncomfortable even though my baby is three weeks old and has been exclusively breastfeeding for 1.5 weeks. I know he’s been getting milk because he has 7+ dirty diapers a day and he has exceeded his birth weight to the satisfaction of his pediatrician. I just don’t want to hate breastfeeding.

Hello! I would like an in home lactation consultant visit. I currently have BCBS PPO insurance. I believe it’s a latch issue and would like some professional help.

I am a first time mom that will be home with this baby myself. Most of the time as my husband will be working. I need advice on postpartum care with the baby and breast-feeding. I’m not really sure I know what to do is I do not have a birth plan at this time. My doctor kind of told me I don’t need one. I have not taken any classes yet.

Baby has colic due to reflux and digestive discomfort. Also has a tongue tie. Looking for advice on these matters and how they’re impacting nursing before seeing a ped dentist for tongue tie release. HAP HMO insurance.

I think my son may have a lip and cheek tie which is making it difficult for him to latch well and truly eat enough during the day. He seems tense when eating and doesnt stay latch very long all the time. He’s gaining weight fine but has dealt with gas problems and overall I feel like he just needs help with this tie and seeing how we can help him latch better. We really don’t have much money to spend on this either though so we’re trying to work through that!

I plan to deliver in the hospital. I am a first time mom and still have not much idea about the delivery and everything after that. Maybe we can benefit with a night nanny. If I can have an all natural birth, that would be wonderful. But whatever is best for the baby and me.
