I am looking for a lactation consultant, urdu speaking, need help in breastfeeding.

I plan to give birth in a hospital setting. I don't have a full birthing plan yet. I need help with deciding what I want. My budget would be about $1,000. Does any doula accept insurance? I'd also like more education around the delivery process, such as what I can expect, what I should consider, how I can prepare, etc.

Going for a Hospital vaginal birth I have Aetna choice through 1199 trying to find someone covered through them My birth plan is to labor at home for as long as possible to reduce possibility of interfering with natural birth. I need help coming up with the rest

1.) I plan to give birth at Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua, NY. 2.) free, covered with health insurance. 3.) I would like to do a vaginal birth, preferably natural but if the pain gets to be too much I’ll probably cave and get an epidural. As long as there’s no complications, I would like to wait to cut the cord until it turns white.
