My baby is 4/5 months almost now. Breastfeeding has been good. Up until 2/3 months she’s been having green water ish poop. Her dr said she’s been gaining weight so she’s not concerned. She has reflux. I just cut dairy out of my diet to see if it helps. But still she is fussy at the breast. Screaming everytime I try to feed her. I’m worried she’s not getting enough. She went from eating on both breast per feeding 10 minutes a side to barelyb3-4 on each side now. Sometimes less. I’m not sure what’s changed but I feel bad she doesn’t enjoy eating like she used to and cries so much. Worried my supply might drop or she’s just not Gettitn enough.

Hi- I’m looking for support with breastfeeding my 5-day-old newborn. I’m trying to exclusively breastfeed, but he’s having significant difficulty at the breast. He frequently gulps air, becomes fussy and gassy during feeds, and sometimes cries with each feeding. I’m concerned he may not be transferring enough milk, and I’m unsure if my latch or his coordination is contributing. I’m also taking Zoloft (50mg during pregnancy and postpartum) and want to ensure that’s not affecting his feeding or my supply. My daughter had a good latch on her first night in the hospital. Second night she barely latched and had to use formula. Once we got home she latched a few times after eating from the bottle first. Now she will not latch. I also need help using my spectra pump. I’m only able to express milk with my hand pump at the moment

Need help with breastfeeding. Baby has not been able to latch for longer than a few minutes. I think he possible has a lip tie. I believe he has some silent reflux issues and wondering if because of the lip tie he is taking in too much air.

Mom is 33 years old with various concerns about breastfeeding. She has shared with me she is concerned baby is not getting enough to eat and has supplemented with formula on a few occasions. Her baby girl is about one month old. She had no problem gaining weight after birth and was very calm and content when I visited. It is my understanding she just wants reassurance and a professional to address her concerns. Portuguese speaking preferably, for her comfortability.
