Hi, I'm looking for someone who can support me and my husband through our first pregnancy. We are located in Niagara Falls and plan on have a hospital birth. We do not have budget in mind at the moment as I have only began my journey into this process. I would prefer if the provider was close by, certified and had a few years of experience with hospital and home births. Ideally, we would like a provider who will be able to support both me and my husband through this process. I am a speech language pathologist, 31 and my husband is a restaurant owner and a doctor, 32. We are both familiar with health care but would still like someone who is an expect in this field so that we may solely focus on taking care of ourselves and the baby when he/she arrives. If possible, we would appreciate help with sleep training, possible laundry and night duties for the first couple of weeks. I hope to hear from you soon!

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I have a midwife already. I am looking for doula to help educate me and my husband. As well as have them support and coach me through labour. I would like to have a natural birth. However I am open to an epidural.

Planning to give birth at McMaster Hospital, MFM clinic. Diagnosed with Grave's and Hashimoto's diseases but both in remission during pregnancy. Pregnancy is going well. I am delivering with Fika Midwifery in Buffalo. This is my second child and second birthing center birth. I did have a doula my first child and I have now become a doula as well. I’m pretty confident in myself and my boyfriend to mostly do it on our own, but would like a doula that is also comfortable taking pictures/memories. The pictures are important but would be amazing if I’m struggling and need doula to step in and help my boyfriend help me.. thanks!
