I would like to discuss options. This would be my first time with a midwife. In 37 years old. I would like as little medical intervention as possible while still being safe.

My family and I plan to conduct a home birth. I just moved to Fairhope from California so I'm in the process of getting set up with insurance that I plan to use to cover the costs of a home birth. I want as little intervention as possible unless it's absolutely necessary. This is my first pregnancy after a miscarriage and my experience while miscarrying in a hospital was horrible I want to be as comfortable as possible as I deliver. My husband and he's family who we are staying with during my second, last trimester and postpartum will be available to assist if necessary.
