Hello everyone, my name is Bailey Lundberg and I am a certified Birth Doula and Placenta Encapsulator located in San Diego, California. Birth has been my joy and passion for several years now. Coming from a background in nannying my love for babies and birth propelled me to become a Birth Doula and Placenta Encapsulator. Also, coming from a more holistic background myself I find that having a doula present at birth that shares the same values reinforces the power and beauty of birth. In my free time I love baking cupcakes from scratch or walking my dog.

Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, specializing in supporting moms navigating what I call the "Motherhood Midlife Crisis." This phase is marked by a profound identity shift—when you’re no longer who you once were, not quite who you expected to be, and uncertain about who you are now. It’s a journey of becoming that can bring feelings of anxiety, grief, overwhelm, and deep uncertainty. In my work, I help moms build confidence in themselves and feel grounded in who they are at this moment. My approach blends compassion, mindfulness, and practical tools to support moms in their unique journeys. Drawing on my background as a professional school counselor and child therapist, I also provide parenting support as a tool for growth, helping moms embrace their role as both caregivers and guides for their children. I transitioned to working with moms because I saw the ripple effect: when moms feel whole and grounded, they can provide the loving support their kids need to thrive. By helping moms, I hope to create lasting change for families, helping children grow up with the stability and care they deserve.

Babies are a blessing and childbirth is a miracle! I’ve been blessed with four beautiful children and six beautiful GRANDchildren myself. With my love of babies and the incredible miracle of birth, I found the desire to become a Postpartum Doula. Bringing a new baby home is a life-changing event and integrating that new little bundle of joy into the family can be overwhelming. As your Doula, I will make this transition easier for the entire family. My role as your Doula will also be to provide education, non-judgmental support and companionship. I will offer my expertise in newborn care and breastfeeding support. I will also offer evidence based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, infant soothing and coping skills. I will make appropriate referrals when necessary. I am a certified Doula through DONA International. The training I received through DONA increased my knowledge and ambition to offer the nurturing care new moms, infants and families so deserve! Hours for my services will be flexible to meet the needs of your family including overnights and travel. I am current in both adult, infant CPR and First Aid Safety Certifications through the American Heart Association. Also, I am current on vaccinations and Trustline Certified. I look forward to being your “extra pair of loving hands” and my goal is to simplify your life as new parents.

🌟 Hi, I'm Jessica, Your Family Wellness Guide! 🌟 My journey as a family coach is deeply rooted in my own experiences and beliefs. Having faced the devastating impact of suicide, including the loss of my dear friend Viktoria when she was just 13, I understand firsthand the importance of fostering resilience, understanding, and meaningful connections within families. Growing up, I struggled with depression and adversity. These challenges have shaped my perspective and fueled my passion for supporting families in their own journeys. I know from personal experience the critical role that support, empathy, and effective communication play in promoting mental health and well-being within families. My approach as a family coach is guided by empathy and authenticity. I provide a safe and supportive space for families to explore their challenges, celebrate their strengths, and unlock their full potential. I understand that every family is unique, and I take a collaborative and individualized approach to coaching, tailoring my guidance to meet the specific needs and goals of each family. Rather than offering quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions, I empower families with the tools, insights, and strategies they need to cultivate lasting change from within. By fostering self-awareness, resilience, and effective communication skills, I equip families with the resources to navigate challenges with confidence and grace. My ultimate goal as a family coach is to inspire families to embrace their journey with resilience, joy, and a sense of possibility. I believe in the power of transformational growth that extends far beyond our coaching sessions. Ready to embark on a transformative journey towards a happier, healthier family life? Hi My name is Javanne Brooks and I am a doula and nurse practitioner who believes whole heartedly that giving birth should be one of the greatest experiences in a persons life. Unfortunately, that is not always the case, as it wasn’t for me during my birth. It was my and the experience of so many other women that has catapulted me into maternity area of healthcare in which I strive with all of who I am to help pregnant women, husbands, and other supporters of pregnant women (moms, grandmothers, sisters, brothers, etc.) become educated and empowered advocates while in the birthing space. I have over 19 years of nursing experience as a nurse and nurse practitioner and am a clinical expert in my field. I have also helped support several pregnant, laboring and post-partum moms and partners navigate through the their maternity journeys. I am so excited to meet you and begin your journey toward a happy, healthy, educated and empowered maternal journey.

I have had the pleasure of working with Javanne twice. She is very hands-on and is extremely knowledgeable. My first experience with Javanne was in 2022 when I had my first child. As a first-time mother, I had so many questions as I was 41 weeks pregnant and felt pressured by my doctor to induce labor. I desired to have a natural birth but was fearful after talking with my OBGYN. I was scared and felt uneducated about the process. Javanne educated me on specific questions to ask, what to expect during my upcoming appointments as well as the risks. She helped me feel at ease while teaching me to advocate for myself. I chose not to be induced and had a fairly easy natural delivery. My second time working with Javanne was in 2024. I had another vaginal birth without an epidural. Everything seemed to have gone well. Two weeks later, I noticed I was having a difficult time breathing, and I could only sleep sitting up. Additionally, I was experiencing headaches and gaining weight. I messaged Javanne, and she explained that this was not normal and urged me to go to the ER. Thank God I did! I was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia and cardiomyopathy. Javanne was readily available for all my questions and educated me on the best possible treatments and what to ask my doctors and cardiologists. She also explained how postpartum preeclampsia can bring on cardiomyopathy. Javanne is attentive and wholeheartedly desires labor and delivery to be an enjoyable experience. I’m forever grateful for Javanne.

Hi, I'm Sydney, a perinatal Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Cousultant, and mom of two toddlers. I am dedicated to educating and equipping parents to make informed and supported choices for feeding their babies. I offer in home lactation support in San Diego county and virtual support nationwide.

Sydney is amazing! My husband and I attended her breastfeeding essentials class when we were still pregnant, and it helped so much to know what to expect once baby was here. Once our son did arrive, it wasn't what we were expecting (he had to be in the NICU for a few days) and working with Sydney once we were all home helped so much in our breastfeeding journey! I was nervous about how hard it would be to have him transition to fully nursing after being on mostly bottles and formula in the NICU, but Sydney came to our house to give tips and observe how he was nursing and do a weighted feed, gave us a simple plan that was easy to follow, and was so helpful in the transition from triple feeding to just breastfeeding! We are so grateful for Sydney!

I offer overnight support for families with newborns. Besides supporting parents in the care for their newborn I also love to ‘mother the mother’ as she needs to rest and recover in the fourth trimester. I offer practical support, such as help with (breast)feeding, making sure mom stays hydrated and rested, clean bottles and pump parts, help with baby laundry etc. I also provide evidence based information on newborn care as well as emotional support to process all the changes and offer parents encouragement where needed. I’m your biggest cheerleader to become confident in your parenting skills and style!

Hi everyone, Natalie here! I am a pre and postnatal birth doula tending to the LA and OC areas. I am currently a stay at home mom who loves all things birth related. I have had the honor of birthing both my babies at home in the birthing pool. No words could describe the magical experiences I encountered. These natural births kick started my passion for birth work. I am eager to work with families that trust the design of the female body. Our beautiful design, which encourages birth, simply amazes me. We truly are a work of art! Not only are we beautiful, but we are powerful. I believe we need to be surrounded by people who remind us of our worth and our strength. I would love to help encourage you and remind you that you can do this! I believe in you wholeheartedly. Allow me to assist you in achieving the birth of your dreams.
