I would like to give birth in the hospital, medicated with epidural, immediate skin contact, delayed cord clamping, advocacy when needed, etc. Emotional support, breathing techniques and staying calm is important to me as I am an anxious person. I am looking for a doula that will keep me safe but support me rather than trying to change my mind on the decisions I have for my birth plan. I have an estimated budget with ability to be on a payment plan of $1200.

Need help postpartum for mom and baby’s needs - things like being with baby overnight so mom can get some sleep and bring baby to mom for feedings, baby laundry, bringing mom food (food will already be made just needs to be heated and brought to bed), help getting to doctor appts 1-10 days after delivery.
