I would like to discuss care that begins now and extends through prenatal visits, labor & delivery, and postpartum support. Here’s what I’m specifically looking for: 🌼 Accredited and Experienced: • Certified and in good standing (please include credentials/certifications) • Preferably has attended 200+ home births and can share examples of past care 🌼 Pain-Management Preference: • Must offer nitrous oxide as an option for pain relief during labor 🌼 Prenatal, Birth, and Postpartum Care: • Clear outline of what services are included at prenatal appointments • What you provide during labor and delivery • What postpartum support you offer (home visits, breastfeeding support, check-ins, etc.) 🌼 Logistics: • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to my home for appointments and birth. I don’t think it’s fair or appropriate to travel to you if I’m hiring you and PREGNANT. • Comfortable with starting care for third trimester 🌼 Partnership & Communication: • I’m seeking someone who listens, follows directions, and provides evidence-based care • Clear communication, respectful collaboration, and support through decision-making 🌼 Budget: My budget for late-entry prenatal, birth, and basic postpartum care can be discussed. I would like a home, water birth. I am not sure what our budget is. I just know this is our last child, and every one of my labors has always been traumatic. I’ve always gone through experiences where I am told not to push, or it’s not time to push, or let’s regulate your pain when I knew it was time to give birth especially for babies #4 & #5. My last birth was extremely traumatic I went in and baby was crowning and I was told not to push for 4 hours and baby was then forced out when her heart rate dropped. Her collarbone was broken during labor and nothing was done. I would like to have a peaceful and happy experience as my last one

Hello Rachel, I hope this finds you well. My baby is due to come soon. (Nov 23rd) but I'm interested in possibly switching providers. Would you be willing to discuss my options with you? I am 35 weeks as tomorrow (October 19th) I do have Gestational Diabetes (I manage through diet) and I'm 42 years old. My current OB has just scheduled me for my induction and I'm not very happy with the process. This will be my 2nd delivery. My 1st pregnancy I also had GD and had to be induced.
