We are first time parents struggling with getting the baby to sleep in the crib at night. Would just like some help a few nights a week. I am breastfeeding.

I lost a child to cosleeping my last pregnancy I was exhausted and by myself with a 2 year old and a newborn I fell asleep breastfeeding him and woke up when my husband arrived home to find he was dead. I'm absolutely terrified of that situation happening again. I am 33 weeks pregnant with twins. my husband is going to be working and I am a high risk surgical C-section delivery at no later than 38 weeks due to prior complications. I am looking for assistance either day or night the first few weeks to help me get back on my feet and rest. I lost all confidence in my ability to read a newborn and am scared.

I'm higher risk (advanced maternal age) and so definitely plan on a hospital birth. I'm looking for a doula, a night nanny and postpartum support. We are new to the area and don't have family or any support locally so we'll be relying heavily on our team for support. We're not sure on a budget, but are open to learning more. Would have to help with setting systems and routines to alleviate factors that trigger ppd and ppa, as well as work with family on sleep coaching for better overall mental health. Ideally, this person would take Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
