My birth plan is secure but I’m nervous about being freshly postpartum with two other kids at home and zero sleep. It really takes a toll on me (mom) and postpartum doula is what I’m specifically looking for.

My husband and I live on the UWS near Lincoln Center and are hoping to find an experienced night nanny who can help us for 4-6 weeks after we get home from delivery with our newborn. Both of our families in other parts of the country, so we are planning on needing some support during this time as this is our first. We are open to overnight shifts of 8 to 12 hours, and would like to plan on starting with 2-3 weeks of 5 nights/week, then 2-3 weeks of 3 nights/week, if possible — with the potential to add on (if available) should we need more support.
