Looking for a night nurse to come take care of the baby for 8 hours at night 2/3 times a week, would be nice if they also know how to sleep train the baby. Baby is around 3 weeks, born on 1/17/2026 and is combo feeding so night nurse can either feed him pumped breastmilk or formula. Im expecting twins in March '25. Looking for a night nanny to help support with the feedings for both babies. Would like to be connected with someone who has experience with overnight care.

We are looking for overnight support for our 3-week old for 2 nights a week for the next few months. Something like 10pm - 6am. He was born at 37 weeks and is currently mostly bottle fed, 50/50 breast milk/formula because his latch is still pretty weak. He is gassy and has diaper rash.
