I plan to give birth in St Luke’s Anderson campus, Lehigh valley- this would be my third child. I have had past minor epidural complications and would like my third (and last) labor to be done without one. I am looking for a labor support doula to assist me with an epidural free labor.

I plan to give birth in a hospital setting and will be using TRICARE Prime, which will cover the cost of doula services. My goal is to have a safe, supported delivery with access to medical care and pain-management options as needed. My birth plan focuses on a calm, low-stress, and informed birth experience. I would like support with comfort measures during labor, guidance with breathing and positioning, and assistance advocating for my preferences with the medical team when appropriate. I am open to medical pain-relief options, but would like to attempt natural coping techniques first. I also value emotional reassurance, clear communication, and postpartum support to help with recovery and the transition into parenthood.

Birth at hospital (Einstein) Budget $1000 Using woman wise midwifery. Second birth, I felt rushed during my first and started pushing too early. Need assistance with staying mobile. Second baby, first was unmedicated but did use the nitros gas at Einstein. I’m very natural with my babies and only do Oral Vit K at birth (no shots in the hospital), no circumcision if it’s a boy. Not finding out gender.
