Birth preparation and Birth support. This is my second child. My goal is to have a VBAC in a hospital. I want to labor at home as long as possible, then transition to the Hospital. I want to have as little interventions as possible (no induction, Pitocin, etc...) but am OK with an epidural. I DO NOT want to labor or give birth on my back so I would like to plan for alternate positions with an epidural. I also know things don't always go as planned, and second children typically come faster, so Id like to be as prepared as possible to go natural if needed. I have Kaiser Permanente and plan to go through insurance.

I'm looking to have an unmedicated birth, im specifically looking for help with nutrition and exercise for strength through birth and for successful milk supply also help with breastfeeding after birth. Also looking for help with anything else you think is important for my baby and my body before and after birth.
