Looking for a night nanny for 3nights a week beginning the first week of January. (M, Wed, Thurs is the plan for now). Looking for a 10 hour shift 8pm-6am, but also open to 9pm to 7am. This is my first time having a child, so I am looking for someone who can help me and my husband adjust to parenting and feel more comfortable with caring for our newborn. We are especially looking for overnight support, including helping with the baby during nighttime feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and getting her back to sleep. Some guidance with newborn care and establishing healthy sleep routines would also be helpful. Our baby will be a newborn, and we are looking for someone who has professional newborn or infant-care experience, strong references, good values, and a good educational background. We would prefer someone who is certified in infant/child CPR and first aid and has several years of experience caring for newborns. A second language is a plus but is not required. We also have two poodles, so it is important that the person is comfortable around dogs and treats them kindly. We may occasionally need help with light household cleaning, baby laundry, and keeping the nursery and baby areas organized while caring for the baby. Overall, we are looking for someone who is caring, trustworthy, patient, responsible, respectful of our parenting decisions, and able to provide reassurance and support as we learn how to navigate being first-time parents. In regards to budget, we are hoping we can go through insurance.

One month old baby boy, need night nanny 5 days a week.

I am looking for nighttime help (postpartum doula, night nurse, etc.) for our baby who has a due date of December 3. We are only able to work with someone who accepts Carrot.

Expecting our second baby around November 21 and looking for an experienced overnight newborn care specialist/night nanny for 2–3 nights per week. My mom will be staying with us for approximately the first two weeks after delivery, so ideally we’d begin once she leaves, likely in early December, with some flexibility depending on when baby arrives. We’re thinking approximately 10-hour overnight shifts and would initially like support for 4–8 weeks, with the option to extend if it’s a good fit. We’d love someone very experienced with newborns who can handle overnight diaper changes, soothing, settling baby back to sleep, bottle feeding as needed, and cleaning/sterilizing bottles and pump parts used overnight. I plan to breastfeed/pump but am comfortable supplementing with formula as needed, so experience supporting a combination of breastfeeding, pumped milk and formula would be great. We also have a 3-year-old, so reliability is especially important. Ideally looking for someone CPR/First Aid certified with excellent references and newborn experience.
