Hello, looking for night nurse or nanny that can help me the first days after baby’s birth

My son was born January 21, 2025. He was born prematurely at 30 weeks. He stayed in the NICU for 51 days and is finally home where he belongs. My baby Aiden was born on 3/4/2025. He is 82 days. Speaking Chinese is preferred but not required. I am looking for a day shift doula who helps coaching how to take care baby. Two most outstanding problems are: 1. He was fed by both breast milk and formula in the first 2 months and doing okay, but started to refuse bottle feeding. He started to refuse pacifier. 2. He has sleep problems in the daytime, where he needs to sleep using nipple as pacifier. His sleep quality is bad during daytime (30-50 mins) and hard to continue sleeping once wake up.

I’m looking for a postpartum midwife to do our postpartum visits/newborn care in our home versus having to go out to offices right away after our birth. We have a low risk unmedicated birth planned at Mount Auburn and are currently being seen by a midwife there. But I am really hoping to transition to at home care for the immediate postpartum period and hold off on baby going to pediatrician office until about 6-8 weeks unless any concerns arise before then.

I am looking for help with my 3 month old so I can get things done around the house while my 3 year old is in daycare.
