Doula Vida Atlanta is a high-touch, heart-centered doula practice serving families throughout Atlanta’s north suburbs, including Roswell, Alpharetta, Gwinnett County, and surrounding communities. Led by a mother-daughter team, we bring over 200 births’ worth of experience, a trauma-informed approach, and a deep commitment to meeting each family where they are. Our birth doula support includes 4 personalized prenatal visits, on-call guidance starting at 37 weeks, and continuous presence during labor, whether at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital setting. We serve families planning vaginal births, VBACs, planned or unplanned C-sections, inductions, and those navigating NICU stays, IVF journeys, or advanced maternal age. Postpartum support is equally comprehensive, blending newborn care education, lactation preparation, postpartum planning, and traditional nurturing practices. We also provide private childbirth education and partner coaching, ensuring everyone feels confident and connected. We are especially known for our ability to hold space: balancing evidence-based advocacy with calm, intuitive care. Postpartum Doula Support – Gwinnett County & North Atlanta
Nurturing, in-home care during the tender weeks after birth. My postpartum doula support blends newborn care, feeding guidance, postpartum planning, light household help, and emotional support for the whole family. I hold babies so you can rest, prepare nourishing meals, and answer every “is this normal?” with calm reassurance. Partners also learn how to confidently support recovery and newborn care. Whether you’re healing from a C-section, navigating feeding challenges, or simply need rest, I bring warmth, trauma-informed care, and experience to make your transition smoother. Serving Gwinnett County, Roswell, Alpharetta, and nearby north Atlanta suburbs.

My whole family is obsessed with Rabsaris. We had the pleasure of having her as our doula a couple years ago for the home birth of my second born, and she was so amazing every step of the way. She is warm, knowledgeable, and hilarious. She’s not afraid to give you the truth, and she’s very straightforward, which I appreciate. Also, her chocolate chip cookies are unmatched. She is a wonderful, honest, genuine person. She has such a passion for supporting pregnant people and their families and it shows in how intentional she is about everything she does. Every prenatal felt like a full childbirth education course. I learned so much during her visits. I still use the calming techniques she taught my husband and me for everyday life with a toddler! At my actual birth, I felt like my sister was taking care of me. I felt so loved and supported. It was like she was reading my mind every step of the way. I can’t even really describe it, but I can’t imagine my birth without her. It was so beautiful to have her there for me, my husband, and my oldest kiddo (who, again, is OBSESSED with her). I could go on, but to keep it short: Rabsaris’ services were worth every single penny and then some. I cannot recommend her enough. Do yourself a favor and hire her as your doula. You won’t regret it!
