Hello Mama! Congratulations on your upcoming birth. This truly is a sacred journey, and I'm glad to see that you're prioritizing this time by finding the needed support of a doula. ​ I'm Rachel, a DONA-trained Doula serving the Eastern Idaho area. Through the home birth of my daughter, I found a passion for a mother's innate ability to carry life into the world and the right for every mother to advocate for her desired birth. I will be here as a continual support for your physical and emotional needs, and provide valuable information that can guide you through this journey.

- Free In-Person Consultation: Let’s connect and see if we’re a good fit! - 1-2 Prenatal Visits: Education on birth and postnatal care, plus guidance on your unique needs. - Personalized Birth & Postpartum Plans: Together, we’ll create a plan that reflects your vision for birth and early motherhood. - Optional Provider Visit: I can attend one prenatal appointment with your healthcare provider for additional support. - Unlimited Support: I’m available via phone, text, and email during business hours. - 24/7 On-Call Support: Available for you after 38 weeks. - Continuous Labor Support: I’ll be with you during labor, delivery, and for up to two hours afterward to assist with bonding and breastfeeding. - Postpartum Home Visit: A week after birth, I’ll visit to check in, assist with light housework, and provide additional support. - Digital Birth Photos: Cherish digital photos I capture during your birth experience. - Complimentary Gift: A small gift to celebrate you and your baby.
