First baby due September 21st. i would like an unmedicated birth. and someone to guide me through the birthing process such as helping with comfort, stretches, safe pregnancy, and pregnancy positions that prevent tearing.
Looking for a doula for L&D. My last experience was without one and I feel having an experienced advocate in the room will be helpful. I’d love to birth at home but husband prefers we do hospital so we’ll be doing York wellspan hospital. Budget is $500-1100, and birth plan is as above, and limiting iv fluids, limiting induction interventions and avoiding C-section when able, and birthing in positions other than on back and legs up.
