About me

Hi! I am mom to 10 children, birth activist, doula, and childbirth educator. I work hard to change the birth culture in Nashville by educating doulas, improving birth and baby loss care in the local hospitals, organizing Empower Your Birth conferences, donating peanut balls to 14 area hospitals, changing the TN newborn eye ointment law to be more favorable to parents, and fighting for parents/doulas rights during Covid. I have over 28 years of experience with pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding. I run a Christian doula agency that strives to strengthen marriages/ families, educate to empower you, and nurture you to find joy in motherhood during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
