I will be a first time mom due in April of 2027. I am planning on having a home birth. I a very excited to do so. I have been doing my own research but still very new to the idea. I’m looking to meet with a midwife and gain more knowledge on a home birth. As far as budget, I am not entirely sure what to expect but I am hoping my insurance will cover some if not all the expenses.
I want to have either a at home birth , or at a birthing center. This is my very first pregnancy I had insurance not sure on a budget as I am low income and would have to have a payment plan option.
I would love to explore the option of giving birth at home. I live far away from hospitals so I would like to see what options I have. I am considering a water birth if possible. I am not sure on budgeting options
